Even TMZ seems embarrassed by the president and his Hollywood liberals’ sycophancy.

The article’s headline stings right off the bat:
CELEBRITY EVENT SULLIES PRESIDENCY

The first sentence sounds like something we’d have written:

The idiocy of Hollywood was in full bloom Thursday night when Gwyneth Paltrow turned an already-embarrassing Hollywood fundraiser into “The Dating Game.”

The second sentence leaves the stinging to the idiots themselves:

Paltrow — who hosted the event at her Brentwood home — gushed as she introduced President Obama, “You’re so handsome that I can’t speak properly.”

Then it gets worse – or better:

She then showed utter ignorance about, and contempt for, the Constitution and separation of powers — the basic tenant of our government — by saying, “It would be wonderful if we were able to give this man all of the power that he needs to pass the things that he needs to pass.”

And it keeps going like that.

They forgot to mention anything about income inequality, since it would be hideous to broach that subject in this story; or the carbon footprint of the presidential motorcade amongst the $10 million-dollar-homes (they do have video of it. It goes on for, like, 10 minutes.

Obama White House in new scandal: coverup of under-the covers hooker action

Involves unforgivable lapses within the Secret Service, again; but also, allegedly, the White House itself. Oh yeah and his daddyWaPo-2014-10-09_080249 is a huge Obama donor. Oh yeah and they tried to keeo this quiet ahead of the 2012 elections. Oh yeah, and they still are.

A huge breaking story for the Washington Post, which is currently being totally ignored by nearly all other media. They are still playing stupid, apparently trying to shield Obama from this for as long as possible, thereby betraying their perfidy once again.

Despite a double-digit lead in most polls, incumbent Sen. Mark Warner still felt he had to distance himself from his party, telling NBC’s Chuck Todd during a debate Tuesday that the Senate “could perhaps do better in both parties moving forward” than having Sen. Harry Reid as majority leader.

The Virginia Democrat made the comment after Todd asked him if he thought Reid, D-Nev., was the best possible leader the Senate could have. “I’ll take that as a no,” Todd said.

For those who wonder about gov “stimulus” and monetary pumping.

Inflation’s Not the Only Way Easy Money Destroys Wealth

…It seems that the Minneapolis Fed President holds that by boosting the demand for goods and services — by means of additional monetary pumping — it is possible to strengthen economic growth. He believes that by means of strengthening the demand for goods and services the production of goods and services will follow suit. But why should that be so?

If by means of monetary pumping one could strengthen the economic growth then it would imply that — by means of monetary pumping — it is possible to create real wealth and generate an everlasting economic prosperity.

This would also mean that world wide poverty should have been erased a long time ago. After all, most countries today have central banks that possess the skills to create money in large amounts. Yet world poverty remains intact. …

Hillary_what_differenceNo holds barred

This Washington Free Beacon article by Andrew Stiles, the site’s digital managing editor, holds nothing back in its coverage of another Hillary Clinton flub. We enjoy it when they write the articles in the bold colors:

Memory Problems Could Doom Hillary’s White House Run

… It is unclear if Hillary’s flub was a result of poor historical knowledge or a result of the lingering side effects of her recent brain injury. Could this be an early sign that the almost-67-year-old homeowner’s memory is beginning to fade? It probably is. Can she be trusted to remember the code to the nuclear football in the event of a military confrontation with Putin’s empire? Probably not.

Clinton recently became a grandmother when her daughter Chelsea gave birth to a baby girl, Charlotte, named after the wife of King George III, the oppressive British monarch who fought a war to prevent American independence.

This, you would not read in the New York Times, on account of the words not offering a strident tongue bath to Hillary.

More please.

Upbeat about the latest unemployment numbers? Sorry, but don’t be. Facts get in the way.

Here’s the line that stands out among a proper analysis (i.e. analyses not found at MSNBC, CNN, et al):

“the collapse in the labor force participation rate”

The number of people looking for work has decreased, thus the lower unemployment rate; but it’s because so many have given up trying to find a job.

The unemployment rate is calculated using only those who are looking for work. So when people drop out of the “looking for work” category, the unemployment rate goes down.

Clearly, we need a new way of calculating unemployment rates, since the current method gives us all a false impression of improvement. Things are worse, not better.

The sentence quoted above comes from an article which includes this sentient line (their bolding):

And while according to the Household Survey, 232,000 people found jobs, what is more disturbing is that the people not in the labor force, rose to a new record high, increasing by 315,000 to 92.6 million!

The President of Inequality
Policies promoting equality over growth have damaged both.

In the latest grim tiding of the public mood, merely 42% think the American dream that “if you work hard, you’ll get ahead” remains true, down from 53% in 2012 and 50% in 2010. According to the Public Religion Research Institute poll last week, the steepest declines in belief in the last two years were among people under age 30 (down 16 percentage points), women (14 points) and Democrats (17).

In other words, the most disillusioned belong to the coalition that elected President Obama. But before giving up on upward mobility, they ought to blame the policies he has enacted. Mr. Obama has been the best President for slow growth and inequality in modern history, as new economic surveys show. …

Lots of compelling factual evidence provided. The inconvenient truth hurts the mirage of Obama’s equality mantra.

The NYT blames it on the move toward digital (“The job losses are necessary to … allow us to continue to invest in the digital future of The New York Times…”).

But NewsQuips fails to see how that should affect newsroom jobs, as the newsroom doesn’t print the papers. Perhaps there simply will be less news reporting as the Obama administration continues to rack up more scandal in ineptitude. The NYT doesn’t “do” stories on Obama failures.

Five Reasons Why You’re Too Dumb to Vote

[dropcap]I[/dropcap]f you would like to be filled with despair for the prospects of democracy, spend a few minutes attempting to decipher the psephological musings of Lena Dunham, the distinctly unappealing actress commissioned by Planned Parenthood to share with her presumably illiterate following “5 Reasons Why I Vote (and You Should, Too).” That’s 21st-centuryU.S. politics in miniature: a half-assed listicle penned by a half-bright celebrity and published by a gang of abortion profiteers.

Our national commitment to permanent, asinine, incontinent juvenility, which results in, among other things, a million or so abortions a year, is not entirely unrelated to the cultural debasement that is the only possible explanation for the career of Lena Dunham. A people mature enough to manage the relationship between procreative input and procreative output without recourse to the surgical dismemberment of living human organisms probably would not find much of interest in the work of Miss Dunham. But we are a nation of adult children so horrified by the prospect of actual children that we put one in five of them to death for such excellent reasons as the desire to fit nicely into a prom dress….

Obama faces backlash after blaming intel community for missing ISIS

One wouldn’t be surprised if President Obama’s Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper, woke up Monday morning checking for tire tracks after his boss effectively threw him under the bus for having “underestimated” the threat posed by the Islamic State militant group.

But Obama’s remarks in a “60 Minutes” interview drew immediate objections from lawmakers and the intelligence community.

In the interview, Obama was asked how the Islamic State was able to gain so much territory. “Our head of the intelligence community Jim Clapper has acknowledged that I think they underestimated what had been taking place in Syria,” the president said. …

Barack Obama underestimated ISIS, calling them a “jayvee” team; and he overestimated the Iraqi forces.

His self-serving political agenda dictates that Americans believe his poorly-crafted narrative that he (personally) ended wars, (personally) solved the Islamist terrorism problem, and (personally) calmed tensions in the middle east.

This is further evidence that his foreign affairs policy – and his entire presidency – is in complete shambles.

San Francisco wants to put turf on four public soccer fields, insanity ensues – Mary Katherine Ham

Here’s the deal. There’s a park in San Francisco with a couple of soccer fields in it. They don’t get nearly as much use as they could because they’re grass fields. San Francisco is kinda rainy, it takes a lot of money and resources to maintain real grass fields, and they don’t hold up as well as turf under frequent use. So, after about 19 times the due diligence necessary for determining the relative safety and environmental impact of turf athletic fields in any other city on planet Earth, most of San Francisco’s leaders—covering the spectrum from Democrats to progressives—decided turf might be a good idea. But no. Its citizens— a veritable municipal army of activists trying to out-progressive one another with self-righteous pronouncements and corporate conspiracy theories has decided this shall not happen.

At U-M, Sexual Violence Includes ‘Discounting Feelings,’ ‘Withholding Sex’

The redefinition of the word violence continues among revelations that discounting a sexual partner’s feelings and withholding sex constitutes sexual violence at the University of Michigan. The relevant info can be found at the university’s “Stop Abuse” webpage:

Examples of sexual violence include: discounting the partner’s feelings regarding sex; criticizing the partner sexually; touching the partner sexually in inappropriate and uncomfortable ways; withholding sex and affection; always demanding sex; …

…Criticizing someone sexually and withholding sex are unkind things to do, but they aren’t violent acts in and of themselves. Indeed, a university spokesperson could only defend the definitions as appropriate within “a larger context,” according to Derek Draplin of The College Fix…

FACT CHECK: Obama’s UN speech spins statistics

But lest you think it was just one error or one set of stats – no. They go on to list five, um, “spins” which amounts to pretty much his whole speech on climate. Here’s just one:

OBAMA: “So, all told, these advances have helped create jobs, grow our economy, and drive our carbon pollution to its lowest levels in nearly two decades — proving that there does not have to be a conflict between a sound environment and strong economic growth.”

THE FACTS: About half of the 10 percent reduction in greenhouse gas emissions the U.S. has achieved in recent years can be attributed to the economic recession, not any specific actions from the Obama administration. Obama’s comments also left out that U.S. carbon emissions rose 2.9 percent from 2012 to 2013, the first increase since 2007, because higher natural gas prices spurred more coal use.

Truth_RevoltDamage Done. Well played, New York Times – if by well-played we mean totally misinforming your readers and lying.

Ben Shapiro’s TRUTH REVOLT hammers the liberals’ New York Times division this morning with this sound mocking:

NYT Issues Correction: Sorry, Bush Did Seek Allies in Iraq

On Tuesday, The New York Times corrected a front page story from September 11, 2014, in which the Times falsely claimed that George W. Bush had not sought international alliances during the war in Iraq. Here’s the correction:

An article on Sept. 11 about President Obama’s speech to the nation describing his plans for a military campaign against the Islamic State, also known as ISIS, gave an incorrect comparison between efforts by the president to seek allies’ support for his plans and President George W. Bush’s efforts on such backing for the Iraq war. The approach Mr. Obama is taking is similar to the one Mr. Bush took; it is not the case that, “Unlike Mr. Bush in the Iraq war, Mr. Obama has sought to surround the United States with partners.”

It only took the Times two weeks to correct this basic factual error. But the error has a point: to differentiate good, wise, holy and just Obama from evil supervillain George W. Bush. The New York Times is simply fulfilling Obama’s central life function: not being George W. Bush.

In point of fact, Barack Obama had a total of nine allies in his battle against ISIS as of September 5. George W. Bush’s original “coalition of the willing” had 48 countries as members.

… Most of the warming in the region occurred before 1940, when greenhouse gas concentrations were lower and winds were weaker, the study found. …

After 9 Months, Federal Probe of GWB Closure Finds No Link to Christie, Federal Sources Say

The U.S. Justice Department investigation into New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie’s role in “Bridgegate” has thus far uncovered no information he either knew in advance or directed the closure of traffic lanes on the George Washington Bridge, federal officials tell NBC 4 New York.

Trust in Mass Media Returns to All-Time Low

Among Democrats, Trust in Media at a 14-Year Low

Possibly because Democrats hear the liberal, Obama-luvin’ media beclowning themselves daily, as they whitewash his gaffes and errors, and his foreign policy, which is in shambles, is obvious.

And of course people do not hear about the Obamacare fail, a failed economic recovery, and the scandals galore. Those things are not really covered, even though Americans know they are happening.

People don’t trust a liberal media with an agenda.

Just now? No not really. It started years ago. But they’ve kept it quiet, as even this article explains, with the help of their mainstream news media division at CNN, CBS, NBC, etc. Oh and Politico.com.

Joe Biden under fire from Jewish groups for using word ‘Shylocks’ during speech about money lending

  • Referred to money lenders who took advantage of people as ‘Shylocks’
  • Term comes from Shakespeare villain and is considered anti-Semitic

Biden:
People would come to [my son] and talk about what was happening to them at home in terms of foreclosures, in terms of bad loans that were being–I mean, these Shylocks who took advantage of these women and men while overseas.”

No liberal media is reporting this with any degree of racist or moral outrage  —  and mostly appealing to their usual whitewash tone, i.e., “that’s just Joe being Joe!”  The liberals sure have it good, don’t they?

Burge-2014-09-17_103627

And this article, “New York Times Political Reporter Doesn’t Know What a Shylock Is“, is odd, inasmuch as I’m fairly sure that as usual, the NYT reporter DID know, and feigned ignorance in order to boost the liberal ass, Joe Biden.

Remember when Obama was elected on that funky Hillary Clinton “restart” philosophy of chummy soft diplomacy, and solving all problems with a magical happy diplomatic approach, based on their inherent know-how and expertise in community organizing?

Yeah. Good times.

I bet, unlike those of us who knew better, they did not expect global headlines like this, six years on:

To translate from the BS liberal media code:
The Obama/Clinton/Kerry/Democratic Party/liberal efforts at foreign affairs has been an utter shambles. This is because they have been and continue to be wrong on virtually every level of their thinking.

By the way, the September 16, 2014 AP article related to the above headline, is no longer linkable, but consisted mostly of excuses for the failures of Obama/Clinton et al.

Bobby_JindalGood piece by Jim Geraghty in his daily Morning Jolt email, about Gov. Bobby Jindal (R) of Louisiana.

…He [Jindal] contended that environmentalists turn against forms of energy as soon as they become widespread and inexpensive: “You see it in their shift on natural gas,” Jindal said. “When it was scarce and expensive, they liked it.” …

So true.

So if you switch to solar power now, at an enormous expense which you will never recoup in your lifetime, it will be demonized a few years on.

Canadian jihadist unmasked

National Post exposes a radical Islamist jihadist cheerleader as a 23-year-old Canadian moron named Mohammed Ali.

Totally missing from the story is any information about his family, his upbringing, and so on. But at least the liberal media did something positive and useful today.

Dempsey raises possibility of involving U.S. combat troops in fight against Islamic State

The chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff raised the possibility Tuesday that U.S. troops could become involved in ground attacks against the Islamic State, despite repeated pledges to the contrary from President Obama.

… Even as the mission has gradually expanded and the Pentagon has launched more than 160 airstrikes against the Islamic State, Obama and other White House officials have consistently promised that U.S. troops will not engage in ground combat. As recently as last Wednesday, Obama said that “American forces will not have a combat mission — we will not get dragged into another ground war in Iraq.”

NRO’s Jim Geraghty asks an interesting question this morning in his daily Morning Jolt email:  Why Is Our President Thinking About What He Would Tell ISIS if He Were Advising Them?

A strange presidential comment, revealed to the world Sunday by the New York Times:

But the president said he had already been headed toward a military response before the men’s deaths. He added that ISIS had made a major strategic error by killing them because the anger it generated resulted in the American public’s quickly backing military action.

If he had been “an adviser to ISIS,” Mr. Obama added, he would not have killed the hostages but released them and pinned notes on their chests saying, “Stay out of here; this is none of your business.” Such a move, he speculated, might have undercut support for military intervention.

Why is our president thinking about what he would tell ISIS if he were advising them?

Hillary_what_differenceA pseudo-royal FARCE

This Economist article about a bit of pretence orchestrated by “Ready For Hillary” acolytes and Hillary and Bill Clinton – and, apparently, a reporter – is revealing. Here’s some highlights:

…gathering of the clans for Iowa progressives … Mrs Clinton gamely posed, pretending to grill a steak that had been pre-cooked for her. After briefly ducking into a small building, she emerged to exchange some careful banter with reporters. …

Down in the main field, a congressional candidate could be heard asking the crowd: “Are you ready for Hillary?” A roar of approval drifted up the slope. “They’re ready for you,” shouted a reporter. Mrs Clinton smiled politely.

… The mood was friendly, but hardly electric. Towards the end, a steady trickle of attendees began heading for the exits before the former senator and first lady had even finished speaking—though many of those sloping out were happily carrying “Ready” placards and wearing badges handed out by “Ready for Hillary”.

They had us (puking) at “‘They’re ready for you,’ shouted a reporter.”

Startling account of alleged Hillary Clinton/Benghazi coverup

As the House Select Committee on Benghazi prepares for its first hearing this week, a former State Department diplomat is coming forward with a startling allegation: Hillary Clinton confidants were part of an operation to “separate” damaging documents before they were turned over to the Accountability Review Board investigating security lapses surrounding the Sept. 11, 2012, terrorist attacks on the U.S. mission in Benghazi, Libya. …

… “She told me, ‘Ray, we are to go through these stacks and pull out anything that might put anybody in the [Near Eastern Affairs] front office or the seventh floor in a bad light,’” says Maxwell. He says “seventh floor” was State Department shorthand for then-Secretary of State Clinton and her principal advisers.

“I asked her, ‘But isn’t that unethical?’ She responded, ‘Ray, those are our orders.’ ” …

A favorite haunt of NewsQuips, Waikiki and much of Oahu is turning from paradise, into a cesspool of rank odors of human urine and feces, and bums sleeping all over the place.

…The city also is planning a temporary legal campsite on a remote, mostly industrial island far from resorts. Some of Oahu’s estimated 4,700 homeless people would be allowed to camp on Sand Island, which was used during World War II as an internment camp for Japanese-Americans and is home to a wastewater treatment plant and former dump. …

That’s progressive.

“No one wants to have 300 channels on your wireless device,” McAdam said. “And I think everyone understands. It will go to a la carte.” …

John Nolte goes on:

“…bundled cable’s days are numbered.

“The future is so gosh-darned Now that HBO is publicly considering a break from bundled cable that would offer its beloved HBO Go service as a standalone streaming service. This would be the first cable channel to break from the Bundled Cable Plantation. If HBO makes it work, if it’s profitable, how many others would follow: TCM, AMC, FX, ABC, Fox News?” …

Mark-ZuckerbergJeff_Sessions Senator Sessions (R) takes down the naive young Facebook gazillionaire (D)
and his self-serving pro-immigration, pro-amnesty blitz…

Don’t Give the Masters of the Universe Their Amnesty

…Mr. Zuckerberg has been very busy recently. One of his fellow billionaires, Mr. Carlos Slim — maybe the world’s richest man — invited Mr. Zuckerberg down to Mexico City to give a speech. What did Mr. Zuckerberg promote in his speech? Well, this is a report of it.

I guess I will first note that young Mr. Zuckerberg maybe doesn’t know there is a deep American tradition — a tradition in most developed nations — that you don’t go to a foreign capital to criticize your own government. I suppose he doesn’t know about that. They probably didn’t teach him about that when he was at one of the elite schools he attended.

This is what he said in Mexico City: “We have a strange immigration policy for a nation of immigrants. And it’s a policy unfit for today’s world.”

Well, the “masters of the universe” are very fond of open borders as long as these open borders don’t extend to their gated compounds and fenced-off estates. …

… I read in the news that Facebook is now worth more than $200 billion. Is that not enough money to hire American workers for a change? Your company now employs roughly 7,000 people. Let’s say you want to expand your workforce 10 percent, or hire another 700 workers. Are you claiming you can’t find 700 Americans who would take these jobs if you paid a good wage and decent benefits?

…Facebook has 7,000 workers. Microsoft just laid off 18,000. Why doesn’t Mr. Zuckerberg call his friend Mr. Gates and say: Look, I have to hire a few hundred people; do you have any résumés you can send over here? Maybe I will not have to take somebody from a foreign country for a job an unemployed U.S. citizen might take. …

It’s a not-war.

When asked if it’s a war, he said no.  No, not according to Secretary of State John Kerry. It’s merely (and we quote) “a very significant counter-terrorism operation that will have many different many parts.”

Kind of like one o’ them “overseas contingency operations” or one o’ them “kinetic overseas operations,” or some other such Obamaspeak gobbledygook.

So, a not-war. Got it? CNN’s Jake Tapper didn’t get it. He mocked it.

Also, it’s not an abortion, it’s a “women’s reproductive choice event with many different now-not-moving parts.”

Check out how liberal outfits like TheDailyBeast.com, and its Lloyd Grove, reports on dustups between a Republican and a Democrat.
It starts bad with the headline and sub-head:

THE DAILY BEAST
John McCain Roughs Up Jay Carney During His CNN Primetime Debut
Jay Carney may have been hoping for a smooth debut as CNN’s ‘senior political commentator.’ Instead, he was violently mugged on live TV by Senator John McCain. …

Roughed-up! No wait  —  “mugged”  — and not just virtually “mugged” on TV, but actually “violently mugged.” Remember this was on TV, mind you, but he was still “violently mugged,” you guys! And “roughed-up!”

Republicans are monsters! Violent ones! Even 78-year-old ones!

Then Grove felt the emotional need to regurgitate the sub-head, in case you didn’t get that whole “mugging” thing just right. This time it was colored with “in a dark alley” – you know, like abortions under any Republican presidency, we presume:

… Sen. John McCain showed up on screen and performed the television equivalent of a mugging in a dark alley. …

Not satisfied with his breathless use of actual physical violence-based language to describe what actually happened, the writer then went on to describe what he imagines, in his very dark video-games-addled mind, “might” have happened:

…Indeed, McCain looked like, at any moment, he might jump through the screen, grab his adversary’s scalp and start pulling savagely on Carney’s recently trimmed nut-brown and amber coif, and perhaps even administer a squeeze to his throat. …

Dear God. Mugging, violently, then administering the very death of Mr. Carney, by choking him. Murder! On live TV. With Anderson Cooper watching.

Furthermore…

… McCain attacked….

Well that just seemed lame, after all the other violence, which didn’t occur. But then we see the writer’s psychological projection come right out and grab us, violently, in the throat, in this attack, in the writer’s penultimate paragraph:

Some minutes after Carney finished with CNN ringmaster Anderson Cooper in the 9 p.m. block, he came back on the air with Wolf Blitzer after 10 p.m., and Blitzer kept demanding to know why McCain was wrong. Carney retreated into a cloud of rhetorical dust.

See, Jay Carney was engaged in “rhetorical” chatter. Not Lloyd Grove or TheDailyBeast just now.

By the way, watch what really happened, which, if you couldn’t guess, was simply another example of a Republican schooling an Obamatron.

Here’s what really happened:Wash-Times-2014-09-11_105426

And here’s how Obama’s New York Times division reports it, obliterating the words “war” and “terror”, just to be helpful to Obama:

NYT-2014-09-11_105228

Ann_Coulter_by_Gage_Skidmore-CPAC-2010-Height-250GET ANGRY NOW

President Obama now says he will wait until after the November elections to implement an “executive amnesty” for 11 million illegal aliens, so as not to hurt Democrats’ chances this year. …

… Obama can’t ignore the House and make amnesty happen either. That’s why he’s talking about an “executive amnesty,” which sounds like the top-tier donation category at one of the 4 million fundraisers Obama has held since becoming president, where the dinner starts at $25,000 per couple and you might bump into Jay-Z in the men’s room. Actually, it just means Obama publicly, openly, officially stops enforcing immigration law. …

Thomas_Sowell Success or Failure?

…If you start from the assumption that Barack Obama wanted to advance America’s interests, this is truly an unbelievable record of failure. But what is there in Obama’s background that would justify the assumption that America’s best interests are his goal?

He has, from childhood on, been mentored by, or allied with, people hostile to the United States and to American values. His mentors and allies have all been very much like the Reverend Jeremiah Wright, even if they were not as flamboyant.

Barack Obama has succeeded in reducing America’s military strength while our adversaries are increasing theirs, and reducing our credibility and influence with our allies. That is completely consistent with his vision of how the world ought to be, with the West taken down a peg and humbled. …

Gallup: Obama’s Job Approval Hovers at Bush 2006 Levels

President Obama’s job approval rating, according to Gallup, is hovering near then-President George W. Bush’s numbers at this time in 2006, which turned out to be a disastrous election for the president’s party.

Gallup’s daily tracker shows Obama with a 42 percent job approval, compared to 52 percent of respondents who view him unfavorably. …

NYT-2014-09-10_091043

Obama’s New York Times division today:

  • “Cuomo defeats a liberals rival in the primary”
Alternate headline – A Liberal Defeats an Even More Leftist Liberal; Big Whoop.
  • “Obama is ready to order strikes from air in Syria”
Way to watch the public opinion polls, Obama and NYT! Way to catch up with America and then pretend you’re leaders!
  • “Megachurch With a Beat Lures a Young Flock”
As if we had to tell you, the NYT includes reporting on the church’s “many” critics; and then lists as one of the church’s problems its clear opposition to abortion (! – Wow!); and yet that it is “opaque” in this regard. First: opposed to abortion! The nerve of that church! How awful! Second: if they know the church is opposed to abortion, then how is that being “opaque?”
  • “Detroit clears crucial hurdle on bankruptcy”
Obama promised that this wouldn’t even happen in the first place, on his watch. Who’s bankrupt again?
  • “Seeing abuse – and a pattern too familiar”
All the media love to report on stories like this, not because they love the story, but only because they, like all liberals, get the chance to pretend they are our moral superiors, and to affirm that that they are uniquely enlightened. They aren’t reporting as much as lecturing, and condescending.
  • “Mostly White Forces in Mostly Black Towns: Police Struggle for Racial Diversity”
Not really. The article is just and excuse to lament the fact that some police departments are mostly white. Like there’s something wrong with white. Because that’s what liberals fret about. But they forget that their idiotic rationalizing must also mean that Obama has no right to be president in a mostly white America.

Former Obama spokesmodel Jay Carney
